How does it work and how do I start?
Here in the Developer Portal, you have the opportunity to create an account that grants you access to the public Flight API. With this API, you can explore and experience the capabilities of our APIs to a limited extent. Opening an account will allow you to get a firsthand experience of what you can achieve with our APIs.
Why don’t I see all APIs?
In the Developer Center, you may come across more APIs than what is visible in your account. This is because your account may have a basic level of access, which provides limited API availability. Additionally, some APIs and services may still be in beta or not publicly available.
If you wish to access the non-public APIs, you can reach out to us and request an account upgrade. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary access to the additional APIs based on your requirements.
Where do I find more technical information about the APIs?
Once you have created an account and logged in, you will have access to the technical documentation for all our APIs. If you are unable to find the specific information you are seeking, we encourage you to contact our dedicated API support team. Our team of experienced developers is readily available to assist you and answer any technical questions you may have. We are committed to providing you with the necessary guidance and support to ensure a successful integration with our APIs.
What is the targetted availability of the APIs ?
The availability of the API Gateway and the Developer portal is set at 99.95%, which allows for a maximum downtime of 21.9 minutes per month. However, it's important to note that the availability of specific APIs may vary depending on the implementation and backend services involved. We strive to be pragmatic in our approach, tailoring services to meet the specific needs of businesses. This approach helps us avoid unnecessary economic, operational, and ecological overhead.
In terms of key services, we typically maintain an availability of 99.9%, with a maximum downtime of 43 minutes per month.
To determine the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) that best suits your needs, I kindly request you to provide more information about your specific requirements. This will enable us to assess and discuss the appropriate SLA together, ensuring it aligns with your expectations and business objectives.
Will you offer more APIs and services in the future?
We are continuously working on expanding our range of APIs and services to better serve our users. In the coming months, you can expect to see a growing number of APIs and services being made available. We are committed to providing innovative solutions and regularly enhancing our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our users. Stay tuned for updates and announcements as we continue to expand our API ecosystem.
